Linear weigher for semi-automatic packaging
Linear weigher with smooth or tear-shaped plate (depends on the product). We manufacture it with 1,2 or 4 channels, combining pre-dose with subsequent tuning to optimize speed and
weighing precision. The manual linear weigher can be attached to a vertical machine later, making it a safe and profitable investment.
Multihead weigher with 10 / 14 heads
for solid products
Multihead weigher for weighing products at high speed, with smooth or tear-shaped plate (depends on the product). With 10 or 14 channels, ideal to combine with a vertical packaging machine and reach speeds of 30 containers per minute. The Span Mod. MUTC multiheads are designed to obtain high-speed dosages and exact weight by combining weighing data from their bowls.
AUTOMATIC BAG PACKAGING
Vertical packaging machine for bags up to 200mm bag width configurable to more size. We deliver the machine with a vibrated hopper + Elevator + multi-head of 10 heads + vertical packaging machine with 1 bag-forming tube + impaco coder.
Prepared to produce more than 30 bags per minute.
